BGD3 Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

Bgd3 (bgd3.wine) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform regulated and licensed by the International Gaming Commission. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bgd3 and its members.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on bgd3, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using bgd3.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail. bgd3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

To create an account on bgd3, the following conditions must be met:

• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information.
• Each individual may only register one account.
• Online betting must be legal under the laws of your country of residence.
• Users on bgd3's self-exclusion list are not eligible to create an account.

If any information provided during registration is found to be false or incomplete, bgd3 reserves the right to close that account at any time. Employees of bgd3 or its partner businesses are not permitted to place bets on bgd3.

Bgd3 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) policies. As a result, identity verification is required before withdrawals above certain limits or in the event of any suspicious activity.

Bgd3 aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours. Withdrawals may be held until verification is finalized.

Bgd3 accepts transactions in BDT. The following payment methods are supported:

Withdrawals must always be processed through the same method used for the original deposit. If that method is unavailable, a bank transfer will be used instead. bgd3 charges no withdrawal fees; however, the payment provider may apply their own charges.

All bonuses and promotional offers at bgd3 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to first deposit only. Limited to one claim per phone number / device / IP address.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering amount must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn — typically 15× to 30× the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: Bonuses not used within 30 days of being awarded will be automatically forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Live Casino bets typically count at 50% toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.

Bgd3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, the account in question will be investigated.

The following rules apply when placing bets on bgd3:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bgd3 reserves the right to void any incorrect or erroneous odds.
• In-play match results may influence odds determination in live betting.
• If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical issue, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will be used to settle the bet.

If bgd3 detects unusual betting patterns, it may investigate the account and place a hold on payments at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgd3 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Use of any computer program, bot, or automation tool.
• Using or managing another person's account.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds through bgd3.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bgd3's systems.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in bgd3 or encouraging others to do so.
• Misconduct or threats directed at bgd3 staff.

Bgd3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in any prohibited activities.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• At the member's own request for closure.

Members may also close their account at any time by emailing support@bgd3.wine. If bgd3 initiates the closure, any legitimate deposited funds will be refunded; however, bonuses may be forfeited.

Continued use of bgd3 after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. This agreement is governed by English law.
